PolyMaster is a rigid, two-part polyurethane injection resin with a slow to medium hardening process.
Applications Include
- Solidifying and stabilising porous rock, sand, and unsteady ground.
- Levelling of structures through slab jacking.
- Preventing and sealing of pressurised water ingress in masonry structures over and underground.
- Filling of cracks and curtain grouting.
- Does not affect ground water!!

PolyMaster 80
PolyMaster 80 is a slow hardening 2-component polyurethane injection resin, designed for waterproofing and reinforcement of water retaining strictures.
The reactivity of PolyMaster 80 varies when water or PolyMaster Cat is added. Reaction data can be seen in the Technical Data Sheet.
PolyMaster 80 exhibits exceptional penetration into porous structures requiring waterproofing and sealing. Its viscous and hydrophobic formulation facilitates the displacement of incoming water, a stable and robust foam barrier is formed, blocking water ingress.
PolyMaster 80 is a versatile product for use in the stabilization and solidification of water-bearing geological formations, such as rocks, soil, and sand. It is particularly effective in halting rushing water in tunnels, shafts, dams, and other concrete or masonry structures. Additionally, PolyMaster 80 serves as a concrete injection product, enabling the force-transmitting filling of cracks.
PolyMaster 4
PolyMaster 4 is a 2-component polyurethane injection resin, designed for waterproofing and reinforcement of water retaining strictures.

PolyMaster 4 provides an effective solution for stabilization and solidification of water bearing structures including but not limited to rock, soil and sand. PolyMaster 4 can be used to stop water inrush in tunnels, shafts, dams and other concrete or masonry structures during construction.
The product can also serve as an injection grout for concrete crack repair, transmitting forces across the crack post curing. The force-transmitting ability restores structural integrity to the cracked concrete element. PolyMaster 4 can be injected into cracks, voids, and permeable areas, where it will expand and solidify in contact with water, forming a permeable foam seal.
PolyMaster 1.5
PolyMaster 1.5 is a fast reacting two-component polyurethane injection resin formulated to waterproof and fortify water-bearing structures. PolyMaster 1.5 excels at swiftly halting water ingress.
Its exceptional penetration into cracks, voids, and porous substrates, coupled with its hydrophobic and viscous nature, allows the resin to displace and expel incoming water. At the interface between the resin and water, PolyMaster 1.5 forms stable and durable foam seals. Applications include but are not limited to: stabilisation water bearing ground, halting water inrush in tunnels, dams.
