PolyMaster 10

PolyMaster 10 is a two‑component polyurethane injection resin engineered for rapid expansion, deep substrate penetration and reliable foam sealing in both dry and active‑water conditions. The system reacts quickly to produce a closed‑cell, load‑bearing foam that displaces water, fills voids and bonds to surrounding materials. The cured foam provides structural support, transmits loads and resists moisture, making PolyMaster 10 suitable for emergency leak stoppage, curtain grouting, crack and joint repair, and consolidation of saturated soils and rock.
In addition to hydro‑sealing, PolyMaster 10 is formulated for controlled lifting and precision levelling of slabs and structural elements. Its high expansion factor and predictable reaction profile allow staged, monitored injections to restore original levels and reinstate load transfer without major excavation.
