TuboGel

A specialized two-component injection and flooding system designed for the trenchless sealing of leaks, joints, and cracks in pipe networks. The process uses a high-viscosity silicate fluid (A) and a food
additive-based hardener (B) that react within the soil and pipe gaps to form an irreversible, waterproof hard gel. This system is uniquely compatible with partial rehabilitation systems. It provides a long-term, non-shrinking seal that is highly resistant to biogenic sulfuric acid, oils, and chemical aggression while remaining completely environmentally neutral.
